All of us are busy nowadays, especially those that live in the hurly burly of the city. So busy, that almost few of us find the time to keep fit and healthy.

With this in mind, I have created this blog to remind all of us of the importance of doing exercise in order to keep fit and healthy. Being fit and healthy means exercise, from the simple ones like brisk walking to the more strenuous and demanding ones like weightlifting and sports, among others. Why should we exercise? Exercise actually boosts up our immune system like the way our vitamins do. When we exercise, we avoid getting sick very quickly, which is not a good thing when you are working.
